Shipping and returns

We are based in Amsterdam and generally ship from there. Deliveries take approximately 3-4 working days from the date of dispatch.

The customer is responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Grace&US . Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery.

How to proceed with a faulty item?
If you wish to submit a reclamation for a faulty item, send us an email to shop@graceandus.com with your order number, the issue with the item and a picture indicating the issue. Please wait for our response and approval before sending your piece back in its original packaging with your name and order number, and we will resolve the issue as soon as the package returns to us.  Wear and tear, and mishandling of an item will not be considered for reclamation.
